☑️ NGƯỜI LỚN đã tiêm chủng vaccine ngừa Covid-19 (ít nhất 01 mũi đối với loại vaccine tiêm 02 mũi và ít nhất 14 ngày sau tiêm)

☑️ NGƯỜI LỚN là người mắc Covid-19 đã khỏi bệnh dưới 06 tháng, hoàn thành thời gian cách ly tại nhà & có giấy chứng nhận của bệnh viện/ giấy xác nhận của Chính Quyền địa phương

☑️ TRẺ EM (chưa được tiêm chủng) cần đi cùng NGƯỜI LỚN đủ điền kiện trên.

Ngoài ra, Khách hàng ghé thăm phải quét mã QR Code khai báo y tế & tuân thủ Quy tắc 5K nhé.

🎉 GOOD NEWS FOR CRESCENT MALL'S CUSTOMERS

From November 17, 2021, Crescent Mall welcomes all customers to visit under the following regulations:

☑️ Customers who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 (at least 01 dose for the 2-dose vaccine for at least 14 days)

☑️ Customers who was Covid-19 F0 and have recovered for less than 6 months, completed the isolation period & has a certificate from the hospital/ local government (with the green QR code activated on the "HCM Health" app)

☑️ CHILDREN (not yet vaccinated) must be accompanied by ADULTS who fulfill the above-mentioned criteria.

In addition, visitors must scan the QR Code for medical declaration & comply with the 5K Rule.
