Mỗi tài khoản thành viên C Rewards mới được nhận tối đa 01 (một) e-voucher.
E-voucher có giá trị sử dụng trong vòng 14 ngày kể từ ngày phát hành (tức 14 ngày sau khi khách hàng đăng ký thành viên trên ứng dụng Crescent Mall).
E-voucher hết hiệu lực vào lúc 23:59:59 của ngày hết hạn. Sau khi hết hạn, e-voucher không còn giá trị sử dụng và không được cấp lại.
Nếu thời gian e-voucher được "Đánh Dấu Đã Sử Dụng" sớm hơn thời điểm lấy xe quá 60 phút, bảo vệ có quyền không chấp nhận sử dụng e-voucher.
E-voucher chỉ áp dụng cho 04 (bốn) giờ đầu tiên của thời gian giữ xe.
Sau khi hết hạn, e-voucher không còn giá trị sử dụng và không được cấp lại.

How to Get Your E-Voucher
It only takes 3 simple steps:
Download the Crescent Mall App from the App Store or Google Play.
Register as a C Rewards member through the app.
Receive a free parking e-voucher covering the first 4 hours for cars, motorcycles, or bicycles.
Important: If the e-voucher is "Marked As Used" more than 60 minutes prior to the parking exiting time, the parking security attendants reserve the right to refuse the e-voucher.
Eligibility: New C Rewards members who register through the Crescent Mall App.
Offer: Free parking for the first 4 hours for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
Quantity: Maximum 1 e-voucher per account.
Validity: 14 days from the membership registration date.
Promotion Period: From October 1, 2026 until further notice.

Terms & Conditions
Each new C Rewards member account is eligible to receive a maximum of 01 (one) e-voucher.
The e-voucher is valid for 14 days from the date of issuance, which is the date the customer registers as a C Rewards member through the Crescent Mall App.
The e-voucher expires at 11:59:59 PM on the expiry date. Once expired, the e-voucher is no longer valid and will not be reissued.
